Beta agreement

  1. Beta Testing: Tester agrees to participate in the beta testing of Company’s application and provide feedback to Company regarding the Application’s functionality, usability, and any bugs or issues encountered during the testing period.
  2. Confidentiality: Tester acknowledges that the Application and any related information provided by Company are confidential and proprietary. Tester agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Application and related information and shall not disclose or distribute such information to any third party without Company’s prior written consent.
  3. Intellectual Property: Tester acknowledges that Company owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights. Tester shall not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application.
  4. Liability Waiver: Tester acknowledges that the Application is in beta stage and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. Tester agrees to use the Application at their own risk. Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with Tester’s use of the Application. Tester hereby waives and releases Company from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action relating to the Application.
  5. Termination: Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing electronic notice to Tester. Upon termination, Tester shall immediately cease using the Application and delete any copies in their possession.
